Curiosity, precision and the desire to create differently gave rise to two beers with strong identities. Two different approaches, but the same high standards: producing sincere, balanced and deeply vibrant beverages.
L’Échappée
A beer born of an encounter
Domaines Rouvinez are regularly rewarded in national and international competitions, reflecting the quality and consistency of their Valais wines.
Created in 1983, Tourmentin made winegrowing history by becoming the first Valais wine aged entirely in barrels, a symbol of our pioneering spirit.
Our commitment to excellence is also expressed through L’Échappée, crowned Champion Suisse at the World Beer Awards. The Valais Excellence and Swisstainable Level III labels confirm our sustainable and responsible approach, in the service of recognised expertise.
Tasting profile
L’Échappée reveals an expressive nose, marked by notes of fresh lemon, flowers, and subtle touches of spice and honey.
On the palate, it charms with its creamy texture and gentle effervescence. The balance between freshness and bitterness gives it an elegant, thirst-quenching finish.
With 6.3% alcohol, it remains approachable while offering genuine aromatic complexity.

In 2025, the Nez Noir universe is enriched with a new creation: an organic Premium Lager brewed in Switzerland.
True to the spirit of the range, this beer highlights the purity of ingredients, simplicity and respect for nature. It reflects a modern approach, where quality and authenticity take precedence over artifice.
Tasting profile
With a pale, luminous colour, this lager reveals a fine, elegant head.
The nose opens with delicate notes of barley malt and cereals. On the palate, it offers a fine balance between roundness and liveliness, with a subtle bitterness that extends the freshness.
