Fruit salad with caramelized almonds

  • Cut your favorite fruits into small pieces: green apple, red apple, orange.
  • A can of pineapple with pre-cut pieces to provide juice and save time.
  • In a pan, mix 2 tbsp of water and 4 tbsp of sugar, then bring to a boil.
  • As soon as the liquid has reduced by half, add 2 handfuls of flaked almonds.
  • Stir continuously until they begin to brown.
  • Transfer to a dish and serve with the fruit salad.

Enjoy with a glass of Muscat, which pairs wonderfully with the fruits in this dessert and the crunch of the almonds.
