Salmon tartare & baked salmon

When I get home a little late and need to make amends, I prepare this salmon recipe that always pleases my wife...

Salmon tartare for 2 people:

  • Cut 200 g of fresh salmon into small cubes, 1/2 avocado into cubes, ½ onion into small dice, and ½ bunch of cilantro
  • Prepare a vinaigrette consisting of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Mix everything together and plate

Tataki-style baked salmon:

  • Cut 200 g of fresh salmon into 2 fillets. Let them marinate for a few minutes in a sauce made of one tablespoon of honey and soy sauce. Grate a little ginger over the top.
  • Bake for 9 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Serve and drizzle each piece with the remaining sauce.

Accompany the meal with a nice salad and serve the remaining ½ avocado with parmesan shavings, salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

And of course, a bottle of our new Nez Noir Petite Arvine which will perfectly accompany this healthy and light dish!
