Recipe:
- Rinse and drain the cuttlefish.
- If they are large, cut them into pieces.
- In plenty of olive oil (the sauce will be all the better), lightly sauté some garlic, then add the cuttlefish. Splash with a little white wine and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Do not let all the sauce evaporate; it is so good with a piece of fresh bread.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped chives and serve.
