What is your favourite wine?

Chasse-Spleen. A red or white wine produced at the château of the same name, located in Moulis-en-Médoc in the Bordeaux region. On the homepage of their website, there is this very beautiful sentence that explains the château’s very distinctive name well: "nostalgia drowns in spleen, and the spleen is chased away by our wine".

With whom do you like to drink wine?

With friends, to share moments of emotion, hearty laughter, relaxation and ease. At any time!

What is your first memory related to wine?

One evening of drunkenness, at the age of 10, finishing off the dregs in glasses at a family celebration.

For which wine would you be willing to do something crazy?

Grape must. I tasted it once as a child. I have always dreamed of tasting it again!
