For one baking sheet, mix
- 600g flour,
- 450 g sugar,
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder,
- 6 tbsp gingerbread spices (or as recommended on the packet)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6.5 dl cold milk
- 5 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed oil)
Pour the mixture onto a standard Swiss oven tray, lined with parchment paper
Place in a cold oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C with fan assist
