Gingerbread

For one baking sheet, mix

  • 600g flour,
  • 450 g sugar,
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder,
  • 6 tbsp gingerbread spices (or as recommended on the packet)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 6.5 dl cold milk
  • 5 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed oil)

Pour the mixture onto a standard Swiss oven tray, lined with parchment paper

Place in a cold oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C with fan assist

A delicious recipe to enjoy with a Malvoisie or Les Grains Nobles.
