For 4 people:
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 500g fresh spinach
- Garlic spreadable cheese (Tartare)
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Grated Gruyère
- Freshly ground pepper
Recipe
- Unroll a sheet of puff pastry and spread with garlic spreadable cheese. Arrange a generous layer of blanched and drained spinach.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts, a little pepper, and grated Gruyère.
