{"id":4339,"date":"2018-03-02T12:00:26","date_gmt":"2018-03-02T11:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/blog\/non-classe\/ham-and-cheese-spatzli\/"},"modified":"2026-05-28T10:52:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T08:52:02","slug":"ham-and-cheese-spatzli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/en\/blog\/recipes\/ham-and-cheese-spatzli\/","title":{"rendered":"Ham and Cheese Sp\u00e4tzli"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe:<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix until a smooth batter that falls in pieces from the spatula is obtained:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5 dl milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add milk if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let rest for at least half an hour in the fridge, covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pass the batter in portions through a Sp\u00e4tzli maker, or through a colander with large holes, letting them fall into the boiling water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skim the Sp\u00e4tzli once they rise to the surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a little oil, saut\u00e9 a finely chopped onion, set aside. In the same pan, saut\u00e9 the Sp\u00e4tzli over high heat. Once grilled, reduce the heat to minimum, add the onions, diced cooked ham, and pepper.
