Season with salt and pepper and arrange it in the bottom of an oven-safe dish. <\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>Carefully pat dry the fish fillets that have been defrosted beforehand.<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>Place the fillets on the bed of spinach, brush with a little olive oil, and season with pepper.<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>Sprinkle with chives and a few finely chopped coriander leaves.
