{"id":4173,"date":"2018-03-15T14:00:26","date_gmt":"2018-03-15T13:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/blog\/non-classe\/sugar-pearl-cake\/"},"modified":"2018-03-15T14:00:26","modified_gmt":"2018-03-15T13:00:26","slug":"sugar-pearl-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/en\/blog\/recipes\/sugar-pearl-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Sugar pearl cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2219 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/famillerouvinez.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/0016_perles-de-sucre-300x225-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\">For a 26 cm diameter pan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare a dough with<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<ul>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>500 g flour<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>1 tbsp sugar,<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>1 tsp salt,<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>75 g softened butter,<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>1 egg,<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>2 dl milk,<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<li>And 2 tsp dry yeast dissolved in 1\/2 dl lukewarm milk (or half a cube of fresh yeast).<\/li>\n<p>_x000D_\n<\/ul>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<p>Place the dough in the tart mold, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise at room temperature for at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>_x000D_<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the dough with pearl sugar or small sugar pieces. Press them into the dough using a small stick. The idea is to create holes with the sugar pieces at the bottom. Do not close the holes.
