He achieved worldwide success with the publication of his book \"The Truth About the Harry Qu\u00e9bert Affair\", released in 2012. This novel won numerous awards and was also voted among \"the 101 all-time favourite novels\" by readers of the newspaper Le Monde. It was adapted into a TV series with Patrick Dempsey in the leading role. Since this phenomenal success, he has published five works that have been translated into 40 languages and have sold more than 10 million copies. His novels are hefty tomes, generally between 400 and 600 pages. They are page-turners, as the young author infuses them with suspense. Right to the end, one remains captivated by his plots. No sooner is the book finished than one is already dreaming of the next work by the talented Genevan. Jo\u00ebl Dicker remains very discreet about his literary projects.
