From spring onwards, feel free to replace the zucchini with green asparagus, preferably from Valais. And treat your guests!  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For 6 puff pastries<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g cooked pink shrimp <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g herb cream cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp plain yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp lemon juice <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion sprouts <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; freshly ground pepper <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C (fan-assisted). Cut the pastry into six equal pieces and space them out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Leave to cool slightly.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice the zucchini thinly and gently saut\u00e9 in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil; season with salt and pepper, keeping it crisp. Drain and leave to cool slightly. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drain the shrimp and blend with the cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice; pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just before serving, spread the puff pastries with the shrimp mousse. Arrange the zucchini slices on top.
