Served warm, it finds a beautiful balance with a sweet and fresh white wine from the cellar, for a light and fruity finish.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredient<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">For 4 people<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">400 g strawberries<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">400 g rhubarb<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">40 g speculoos<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">100 g sugar<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">40 g flour<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">80 g butter<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"s2\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Icing sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Peel 5 large rhubarb stalks and cut them into sections of maximum 1 cm.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Place them in a saucepan with 1 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of sugar. Cook for 10 min, stirring frequently at the beginning so that the rhubarb does not burn at the bottom. Add a little water if necessary.   <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Add the strawberries cut into pieces.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mix and fill a gratin dish or ramekins.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Meanwhile, mix the ground speculoos, flour, sugar, and very cold butter.
