Light and melting, it plays on the contrast between the sweetness of the mascarpone and the crunchiness of the biscuit, with a beautiful caramel intensity. Prepared in advance, it is only better. Pair it with a glass of <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.famillerouvinez.com\/fr\/shop\/14-20-malvoisie-aoc-valais.html#\/37-centilisation-75\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Malvoisie les Fleurs<\/a>, a true delight!    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For approx. 10 glass yogurt pots of 180g:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g sugar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 ladyfingers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caramel syrup <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speculoos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture lightens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the mascarpone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, then gently fold them into the previous mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the biscuits to fit into the small pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dip the biscuits in caramel syrup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange the first layer of biscuit, add a thin layer of cream, then repeat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finish with a layer of cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave in the refrigerator for at least one whole night.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just before serving, generously grate speculoos on top.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enjoy your meal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A creamy and flavorful dessert for festive evenings.
