{"id":3640,"date":"2018-03-15T12:00:26","date_gmt":"2018-03-15T11:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/blog\/non-classe\/vineyard-bread\/"},"modified":"2026-05-28T09:30:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T07:30:52","slug":"vineyard-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.rouvinez.com\/en\/blog\/recipes\/vineyard-bread\/","title":{"rendered":"Vineyard Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the bread dough<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix 250 g of flour with 1.5 dl of warm milk, 3 tbsp of sugar, 50 g of butter in small pieces, \u00bd tsp of salt and half a packet of freeze-dried yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead until you obtain a smooth dough,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let rest for 1 to 1.5 hours, covered with a damp cloth in a room at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the filling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix 100 g of ground hazelnuts, 50 g of raisins, 3 tbsp of sugar, 1 small grated apple, the zest of one lemon, the juice of half a lemon and 4 tbsp of cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll out the bread dough to approximately 3 mm thick, forming a rectangle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread with quince jelly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute the filling on top, leaving an empty border of approximately 5 mm <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll everything to form a long log<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut sections of approximately 2 cm and arrange them in a grape cluster shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
