Created by Jean-Bernard<\/a> and Dominique<\/a> Rouvinez, Le Tourmentin was born from a bold vision: to introduce an approach to Valais inspired by great wines, based on blending and aging in oak barrels.<\/p>\n

At a time when these practices were still non-existent in the region, this choice marked a true breakthrough. Le Tourmentin quickly became one of the first Valais wines to assert a more structured, more ambitious style, while remaining faithful to its original terroir. <\/p>\n

Its blend of Pinot Noir, Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, and Syrah<\/strong> gives it richness and balance. Aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, and elegant woody notes are expressed with finesse, supported by silky tannins and a beautiful length on the palate. <\/p>\n
